Privacy Policy

Depending on the features you use, Mom, I'm OK may process:

• account and profile information needed to operate your account;
• trip information that you create or receive access to;
• AI Chat messages, files, and instructions that you submit to the assistant;
• notification and device information required to provide enabled application features;
• Google Calendar information, only when you explicitly connect Google Calendar.

Google Calendar integration is optional.

Mom, I'm OK requests the read-only Google Calendar permission required to view calendar events. The Service does not request permission to create, edit, or delete Google Calendar events.

When you ask the assistant to use Google Calendar, Mom, I'm OK may read events from your primary Google Calendar that fall within the date range of the trip you selected. Event information such as the title, date and time, location, and description may be processed to identify travel-related information and prepare a suggested change to your Mom, I'm OK trip.

Google Calendar data is treated as evidence only. Calendar content cannot directly modify a trip. A proposed change must still be reviewed and confirmed by the user before Mom, I'm OK stores it as trip data.

Unselected Calendar events are not intentionally retained as permanent copies by Mom, I'm OK. If you confirm an import, the selected information becomes ordinary Mom, I'm OK trip data and remains until it is changed or deleted through the Service.

Mom, I'm OK stores the authorization credentials required to maintain the Google Calendar connection. You can disconnect Google Calendar through the Service or revoke access from your Google Account.

Mom, I'm OK uses Google Gemini API and Anthropic Claude API to provide user-facing AI-assisted features. AI processing happens only to provide a feature you requested.

For the Google Calendar import flow currently provided, relevant Calendar event information — such as the event title, description, location, and start and end date and time — is sent to Anthropic's Claude API solely to identify travel-related information and prepare the proposed trip change you requested. Google Calendar event content is not sent to the Google Gemini API in this flow, and your Google authorization credentials are never sent to any AI provider.

Mom, I'm OK does not use Google Workspace user data to create, train, or improve generalized advertising, machine-learning, or artificial-intelligence models.

If you connect Mom, I'm OK in ChatGPT, OpenAI may send tool requests to Mom, I'm OK on your behalf. The connection uses OAuth authorization with a read-only trips permission and optional offline access for token renewal.

In response, Mom, I'm OK returns trip summaries and itinerary details that your connected account is permitted to read, including trips shared with you under the Service's existing access rules. This can include travel dates, transport, accommodation, places, and activities. Those responses are processed by OpenAI as part of your ChatGPT use under OpenAI's terms and privacy policy; Mom, I'm OK does not control OpenAI's separate processing or retention.

The ChatGPT connection cannot create, edit, or delete trips. Mom, I'm OK stores the OAuth authorization records needed to issue and renew access tokens; access tokens expire after one hour, refresh tokens after 90 days, and refresh tokens rotate when used. Expired authorization records may remain briefly until automatic cleanup.

You can disconnect Mom, I'm OK in ChatGPT's plugin or connection settings. Disconnecting stops ChatGPT from using the connection, but previously issued tokens may remain valid until expiry unless access is revoked server-side. To request revocation or deletion of connection records, contact us using the address below. Trip data remains in your Mom, I'm OK account until you change or delete it there.

Information processed by Mom, I'm OK is used to:

• provide and maintain the Service;
• display and manage trips and travel information;
• provide requested AI-assisted features;
• provide optional Google Calendar integration;
• maintain account security and prevent abuse;
• diagnose technical problems and improve reliability;
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

Mom, I'm OK does not sell Google user data or other personal information.

Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate user-facing features of the Service, such as hosting, authentication, notification delivery, and AI processing.

Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary to protect the security of users or the Service.

Google user data is not used for advertising, retargeting, creditworthiness, lending, or sale to data brokers.

Mom, I'm OK's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that the user requests and can see in Mom, I'm OK.

Account and trip information is retained as necessary to provide the Service.

Google Calendar access can be disconnected at any time. Disconnecting removes Mom, I'm OK's stored Google Calendar authorization credentials and prevents future Calendar access through that connection.

Trip information that was previously imported from Google Calendar becomes normal Mom, I'm OK trip information and can be changed or deleted through the Service.

Users may also revoke Mom, I'm OK access from their Google Account settings.

Mom, I'm OK uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information, including secure network transport and access controls.

No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may choose not to connect Google Calendar.

You may disconnect Google Calendar or revoke Google authorization at any time.

You may choose not to confirm an AI-generated proposal. A proposal does not modify a trip until the required confirmation step is completed.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Service or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the current version.
