Mom, I'm OK provides tools for organizing travel information, sharing selected trip information with trusted people, receiving notifications, and using AI-assisted travel-management features.

Some features may depend on third-party services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you add to the Service and information you choose to share is appropriate and accurate.

Mom, I'm OK is an organizational and communication tool. It is not an emergency, rescue, medical, navigation, airline, hotel, or governmental service.

Travel information, notifications, external data, and AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect.

You remain responsible for checking important travel information with the relevant official provider and for making your own travel and safety decisions.

AI-generated responses and proposed trip changes are suggestions.

Where the Service requires review and confirmation, a proposal does not modify your trip until you confirm it.

You should review generated information before relying on it.

Connecting Google Calendar is optional.

Mom, I'm OK uses read-only Calendar access for the integration currently provided. The Service may read relevant event information to prepare a suggestion for your trip, but it does not create, edit, or delete Google Calendar events.

You may disconnect Google Calendar or revoke authorization at any time.

You must not use the Service to:

• violate applicable law;
• access another person's account or private information without authorization;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
• intentionally abuse, overload, or circumvent technical restrictions of the Service.

Mom, I'm OK may interact with services provided by third parties, including Google and AI service providers.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Mom, I'm OK does not control the availability or independent operation of third-party services.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service.

We aim to keep the Service reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without a guarantee that all information, external integrations, notifications, or AI-generated results will always be accurate or available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms when the Service or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
